When you are using SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.2.x or 5.3, a completed job that generates a large log file might report an incorrect job status.
For example, a completed job might report a status of “Failed with SAS errors” or “Completed with SAS warnings” when there are no SAS errors or warnings present in the log. When that issue occurs, the status is incorrect.
The misleading behavior is the result of the log parser incorrectly identifying the text strings "ERROR:", "ERROR ", "WARNING:", or "WARNING " in the log file and subsequently triggering a status to indicate a SAS error or warning has been detected.
Note: This behavior does not occur consistently.
Executing the job again can resolve the issue of an incorrect job completion status.
The issue is addressed in release 5.4 of SAS Life Science Analytics Framework.
